Preferred Requirements: - Expertise in handling leasehold and freehold sales and purchases, including off-plan and new builds, auction sales and purchases, re-mortgages, and equity release
- Experience in working with high-net-worth individuals and prime property
- Proficiency in drafting additional enquiries, amendments to contracts, transfers, and supplemental documents
- Proven ability to liaise with estate agents, mortgage brokers, and other third parties throughout transactions
- Familiarity with matters relating to voluntary and statutory lease extensions, as well as transfers following death and relationship breakdowns
Preferred Qualifications: - Qualified Residential Property Solicitor with a minimum of 5 years PQE
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients and colleagues
- Strong organisational and time management abilities to manage your own files and support junior team members
