We are recruiting for an experienced Defendant Clinical Negligence Locum Solicitor to take on a leadership role within a dynamic and well-established team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a confident litigator who enjoys both hands-on casework and mentoring others.

The successful candidate will oversee a busy caseload of defendant clinical negligence claims, often acting on behalf of NHS Trusts, public bodies, and insurers. You’ll play a key role in supporting junior solicitors, contributing to strategic case planning, and maintaining excellent client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a caseload of complex, high-value clinical negligence claims
  • Provide supervision and guidance to junior team members
  • Liaise with clients, experts, and counsel effectively
  • Support team development and workflow management
  • Ensure compliance with procedural and regulatory standards
