Are you a Commercial Property Solicitor looking to take a step back from the hustle, while still doing the work you love?
 
We’re working with a well-known, long-established law firm on the Wirral that prides itself on its traditional values, client-focused service, and supportive team culture. They're now looking to welcome an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor into the fold on a part-time basis.
 
About the Role:
This is a great opportunity for someone who’s looking to manage a smaller caseload while maintaining high-quality service. The work is varied and interesting, covering all aspects of commercial property including sales and acquisitions, leases, landlord & tenant matters, and more.
 
The firm is also open to someone who wants to grow the commercial property offering further, though that’s completely optional – no business development targets, just the freedom to explore new opportunities if that’s of interest.
 
What You’ll Need:

• A solid background in Commercial Property work (qualified solicitor or legal executive)
• A confident, client-focused approach
• The ability to work independently, with support always available when needed
