My client is seeking a talented and client-focused Private Client Solicitor to join their experienced team.

Preferred Requirements:

• Extensive experience in drafting Wills, administering Estates, and managing Trusts
• Proficiency in advising clients on Lasting Powers of Attorney and Court of Protection applications
• Ability to navigate complex Inheritance Tax and Estate Planning matters with confidence
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain legal concepts in a clear and accessible manner
• Commitment to providing a personalised, empathetic, and solution-focused service to our clients

Preferred Qualifications:

• Qualified as a Solicitor in England and Wales, with a strong track record in private client work, ideally STEP qualified 
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail
• Passion for continuous learning and professional development within the legal field
