Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage Housing Disrepair cases, both pre-litigated and litigated.
- Strategically expand and develop the firm's Housing Disrepair department.
- Proven experience handling Housing Disrepair cases.
- A proactive approach to dealing with and drafting various interlocutory applications
- Liaising with Counsel and providing coherent instructions when necessary.
- Complete autonomy with instruction through to settlement
- Dealing with small claims, fast and multitrack cases
