Key Responsibilities:
- Drafting wills, advising on inheritance tax mitigation, and handling lifetime trusts.
- Managing the administration of estates and trusts.
- Preparing and registering Lasting Powers of Attorney.
- Handling Court of Protection applications.
- Mentoring junior solicitors and paralegals within a large team.
- Leading business development initiatives.
- STEP qualification (preferred).
- Strong organisation, client care, communication, and time management skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team.
