My client is a top 200 law firm, seeking a talented and motivated Residential Property Solicitor, newly qualified or with up to 5 years PQE, to join their thriving London office.Key Responsibilities:
- Manage residential property transactions for a broad range of clients.
- Provide expert advice on key matters such as sales, purchases, and remortgages.
- Ensure full compliance with SRA and CQS regulations while maintaining the highest standards of client service.
- Actively engage in business development to foster and enhance client relationships.
- Experience in residential property law (NQ plus)
- A keen eye for detail and strong client communication skills.
