Residential Conveyancing Solicitor , SwindonThis is a superb opportunity for an experienced Residential Conveyancer to join a thriving Swindon team.
You can expect to find a very busy caseload comprising local and regional work.
It will be a typical mix of sales, purchases, freehold, leasehold, and re-mortgages work.
Working under minimal supervision you will be happy to take responsibility for managing a small team of support staff and delegating work appropriately.
You'll be motivated by high levels of service and by growing the profile of the team and you should be able to demonstrate excellent organisational skills.
