Corproate Associate

Greater London – £85,000 - £120,000

A leading West End firm, recognised by the Legal 500 and ranked in the top 100, is seeking an experienced Corporate Associate to join their dynamic and tight knit team.

With a focus on M&A and Private Equity, the firm is looking for a solicitor with 5-10 years PQE and a strong track record in handling corporate transactions.
  
This role offers a unique opportunity to work in an entrepreneurial environment with rapid progression towards partnership. While a following is not a requirement, the successful candidate will need to have established connections and a proven ability to generate new business.
  
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage M&A and Private Equity transactions from inception to completion.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships across various sectors.
• Work closely with senior partners to grow and strengthen the firm’s corporate offerings.
• Contribute to business development efforts and the firm’s ongoing growth.
• Collaborate with a high-performing team and be involved in the strategic direction of corporate transactions.
  
Ideal Candidate:
• 5-10 years PQE in M&A, Private Equity, or broader corporate law.
• Strong commercial acumen, business development skills, and an entrepreneurial mindset.
• Proven ability to manage a demanding caseload and client relationships.
• A team player with excellent communication and drafting skills.
• Looking for a role that offers more autonomy and quicker progression to partnership.
