A leading law firm is seeking a Senior Associate Employment Solicitor to join its highly regarded employment team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a diverse client base, including large multinational corporations and SMEs, on a range of employment matters, many with an international element.
The Role
You will:
- Advise on a wide range of contentious and non-contentious employment matters.
- Advocate in employment tribunal cases, preparing cases from inception to completion.
- Draft contracts, policies, and corporate support documents, including TUPE-related advice.
- Oversee and mentor junior lawyers, supporting their development.
- Play a proactive role in marketing and business development, including delivering seminars and contributing to publications.
Ideal Candidate:
- A qualified solicitor with strong experience in employment law, ideally at Senior Associate level.
- A commercially minded lawyer with the ability to manage cases independently while working collaboratively with partners and colleagues.
- Excellent technical skills, including legal research, case preparation, and IT proficiency.
- A proactive and detail-oriented approach, with a willingness to take on new challenges.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills, both internally and with clients.
- A commitment to business development and innovation in client service delivery.
