An urgent requirement for a Dispute Resolution Solicitor is wanted for an excellent opportunity for a top regional law firm with impressive growth plans for their office near Worcester. Applications are invited from Litigation Solicitors at 5 years PQE+ dealing with a broad range of Civil or Commercial Litigation matters. Salary is upwards of £45K and offers a competitive package. Support will be provided to the successful applicant.

The Dispute Resolution Solicitor will manage a full and varied caseload of Civil and Commercial Litigation matters. Day to day duties will include the management of a varied caseload which includes Inheritance disputes, Contentious Probate, Landlord & Tenant, Property Litigation, Debt and company litigation etc. Fee earners should expect to be challenged and stimulated on a daily basis.
