Finance Litigation Solicitor (Re train)

A Litigation Solicitor/Legal Executive is wanted for an excellent re train opportunity with a Top 100 law firm in Manchester. Salary is negotiable dependant on experience.

Due to continued growth and expansion they are looking for a Litigation Solicitor/Legal Executive who is looking to re train. We are happy to consider those from Personal Injury or Civil Litigation backgrounds who are keen get into Financial Litigation. You will manage complex financial mis-selling cases, providing expert legal advice and representation to clients seeking redress for mis-sold financial products.

Key Responsibilities:
• Managing a caseload of financial mis-selling claims, including pensions, investments, car finance and other financial products.
• Conducting thorough legal research and case analysis to determine claim viability.
• Liaising with clients, financial institutions, and regulatory bodies to negotiate settlements.
• Drafting legal documents, witness statements, and case submissions.
• Representing clients in court proceedings where necessary.
• Keeping up to date with relevant financial regulations, case law, and industry developments.
• Ensuring compliance with SRA and FCA regulations.
