An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Property Litigation Solicitor to join a leading law firm in Birmingham. The Role
 
As a key member of the team, you will:

• Handle a diverse caseload of property litigation matters, working independently and alongside senior colleagues on more complex cases.
• Provide high-quality legal advice and exceptional client service.
• Demonstrate strong financial management and commercial awareness, including accurate time recording and billing.
• Contribute actively to business development initiatives to strengthen existing client relationships and grow the firm’s reputation.
• Stay up to date with technical legal expertise and industry developments.

Suitable Candidates:

• A qualified solicitor with at least 1 year PQE in property litigation.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a commercial approach to case strategy.
• A team player who thrives in a collaborative and mutually respectful environment.
• A proactive mindset with a commitment to continuous professional development.
