The Role As a key member of the corporate team, you will advise a diverse client base on a variety of complex corporate finance transactions, including:

• Mergers & acquisitions
• Joint ventures
• Private equity deals

You will be responsible for managing cases from inception to completion, ensuring that all client needs are met with the highest standard of legal service.

Ideal Candidate 

• A qualified solicitor with at least 3 years PQE in corporate law.
• Strong experience advising on corporate finance transactions.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong client relationships.
• A proactive approach to business development, including participation in seminars, writing thought leadership pieces, and engaging with clients at events.
• A commitment to continuous professional development and legal excellence.
