A well-established law firm is seeking an experienced Family Law Solicitor to join its busy team. This role offers the opportunity to manage a varied caseload of divorce, financial disputes, and children matters, handling both Legal Aid and private family work.
The Role:
- Running a caseload of private family law matters, including divorce, finance, and child arrangements.
- Handling Legal Aid cases, ensuring compliance and managing cases via CCMS.
- Drafting legal documents and conducting advocacy at court hearings where required.
- Advising clients with clarity, professionalism, and empathy.
- Liaising with courts, barristers, and external agencies.
- Experience in family law, either as a paralegal or a solicitor.
- Knowledge of Legal Aid and CCMS.
- Strong organisational and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
