A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced Family Solicitor to join a well-established and respected law firm in Liverpool.

This role will predominantly involve managing a private children law caseload, with the possibility of handling a few domestic violence (DV) cases. The firm’s current team consists of two solicitors who focus on DV cases, and they will pass the private family law cases to the new solicitor. This structure allows the successful candidate to focus on children law matters, while still having the support of the wider team when needed.

The firm offers a collaborative and supportive environment, with a Paralegal in the team who assists the main fee earners, ensuring that you have the resources to manage your caseload effectively. The team prides itself on offering high-quality legal advice, and as a member of this team, you’ll be able to make a real difference in the lives of clients, many of whom face challenging and sensitive situations.

The role is ideal for someone who has a solid background in private family law, particularly private children law. The firm is looking for a solicitor with up to 5 years PQE, offering a competitive salary of £40K for solicitors at this level. For those with more experience, the salary increases to £45K, reflecting the additional expertise.
