Clinical Negligence SolicitorI am currently working with a Top00 law firm that is looking to expand their Clinical Negligence department with an additional Clinical Negligence Solicitor that is NQ - 4 years PQE
Within this role you will be handling a varied case-load of Clinical Negligence files, including Spinal/Brain/Birthing Injury claims as well as Personal Injury claims. There will be the opportunity to get involved in the business development and marketing of the team.

This is a Oxford based role however the firm is able to offer some agile working.
Francesca Turner, Head of National Insurance at Douglas Scott for over 7 years, specialises in placing Paralegals and Solicitors into Personal Injury law firms across London, working with clients ranging from sole practitioners to international firms. Before joining in 2017, Francesca gained experience in the Clinical Negligence and Personal Injury market as part of an Expert Liaison team at an insurance company. She holds a Primary School Teaching degree from the University of Lancashire and A-levels in Business Studies, English, and Religious Studies.
