A well-established UK law firm that is recommended within the Legal500 and Chambers & Partners is seeking a Housing Litigation Lawyer (1-5 years PQE) to join its growing team. The role involves managing a caseload of housing litigation matters, including injunctions, possession claims, disrepair cases, and non-contentious policy advice. The team you will be joining in ranked as a Tier 1 team and is leading within the Housing Market.Key Responsibilities:
- Handling a caseload of housing litigation matters.
- Assisting partners on complex cases.
- Managing client relationships and expectations.
- Supervising junior staff as appropriate.
- Contributing to business development and training initiatives.
- 1-5 years PQE in housing management/litigation.
- Strong case management and organisational skills.
- Excellent communication and commercial awareness.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
