Conveyancing Associate Solicitor , BristolMy client is a well known firm with a national client base.
They are known for both residential , commercial and social housing work and this caseload would be a mix of traditional sales and purchase and also new build work.
You will need to have previous experience within plot sales and be motivated to work on behalf of national homebuilder clients and new build plot sales development clients.
You'd be joining a very settled team with excellent knowledge of the ups and downs of the property market and they are technically very good also, having come across all manner of issues previously.
You will have excellent client communication skills, keeping all parties informed of timescales and you will thrive working to deadlines.
