Greater London – £63,200 - £72,000
Our client, a Top 100 National Law Firm, is seeking a talented Commercial Associate to join their highly regarded team in London, Sussex or Surrey. With a strong reputation for delivering high-quality legal advice, the firm is experiencing significant growth and is looking for a commercially minded lawyer with excellent drafting skills to support their expanding client base.As a Commercial Associate, you will work on a broad range of commercial agreements, including:
- Supply and manufacturing agreements
- Brand licensing and IP-related contracts
- IT and technology agreements
- Outsourcing and procurement contracts
- Data protection and cybersecurity matters
While prior experience in these areas is desirable, it is not essential. The team is extremely busy and is looking for high-quality lawyers with a strong background in commercial contract work.
The Ideal Candidate:
- NQ-2 years PQE with experience in commercial contracts
- Strong drafting and negotiation skills
- Ability to manage a diverse workload and advise clients on complex business arrangements
- Exposure to technology, IP, or data privacy matters is beneficial but not required
- A proactive and commercially focused mindset
- Good academics
