This rapidly expanding, forward-thinking law firm offers an exceptional opportunity for an experienced Patent Litigation Partner to join their dynamic team. As a IP Litigation Partner, you will manage multi-patent cases in district courts and before the ITC, as well as contribute to PTAB proceedings. You will have the autonomy to lead high-profile cases, directly interface with clients, and drive business development. The role is well-suited for a partner with a strong client base or solid connections, as the fee-sharing model allows for a highly rewarding financial structure.

What We Are Looking For:

• 5+ years of experience in patent litigation at a national or boutique law firm
• Extensive experience handling complex patent litigation, including ITC and PTAB proceedings
• Proven ability to develop and maintain strong client relationships
• Admission to the Patent Bar
• An established book of business / book of contacts
• Strong strategic thinking, attention to detail, and business acumen

This is a highly lucrative opportunity with a fee-sharing model where you will receive 70-80% of the fees generated from your cases. This structure ensures that you are rewarded generously for your efforts and contributions, making it an ideal opportunity for an individual with an established client base or industry connections.
