A highly regarded law firm is seeking an experienced Private Client Solicitor to join its prestigious team. The Role:

• Managing a diverse caseload of private client matters, including drafting Wills, administering estates, inheritance tax planning, and establishing and managing trusts.
• Advising high-net-worth individuals, families, and business owners on complex estate planning and wealth preservation strategies.
• Providing expert legal advice with a client-focused approach, ensuring sensitive and tailored solutions.
• Mentoring and supervising junior solicitors and paralegals, fostering growth within the team.
• Collaborating with financial advisors, tax specialists, and other professionals to deliver comprehensive legal solutions.
• Engaging in business development and networking activities to strengthen client relationships and expand the firm’s private client offering.

What We’re Looking For:

• 5+ years’ PQE in private client law, with proven experience in estate planning, probate, trusts, and tax matters.
• Strong technical expertise, with the ability to handle complex and high-value cases with confidence.
• Excellent client relationship management skills, with a compassionate and professional approach.
• A proactive and strategic mindset, with the ability to contribute to the growth and success of the team.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and drafting skills.
• A commitment to business development and networking to enhance the firm’s reputation and client base.
