A well-established law firm is seeking an experienced Family Law Solicitor to join its busy team. This role offers the opportunity to manage a varied caseload of divorce, financial disputes, and children matters, handling both Legal Aid and private family work.
The Role:

• Managing a caseload of complex divorce, financial settlements, and private children law matters
• Advocating in court, representing clients in contested financial and children’s proceedings.
• Providing strategic legal advice to clients, ensuring discretion and commercial awareness.
• Collaborating with expert witnesses, forensic accountants, and barristers to build strong cases.
• Engaging in networking and business development to maintain and grow the firm’s strong reputation and high-calibre client base.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience in family law, with substantial experience in handling a high caseload
• Strong advocacy skills, with experience representing clients in contested hearings.
• A proven ability to handle complex, cases with discretion and strategic insight.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a commercially focused approach.
• A proactive mindset, with a keen interest in business development and client relationship management.
