- 3-4 years of post-qualification experience (PQE) in family law.
- Proven ability to manage a diverse caseload, from child custody to divorce settlements.
- Exceptional communication skills, with an ability to empathise and engage with clients from various backgrounds.
- Strong teamwork mentality, alongside the capability to work independently when required.
- Knowledge and experience in collaborating with external agencies for the betterment of client outcomes.
- Qualified Solicitor with a focus on Family Law.
- Previous experience working within a Legal 500 ranked firm.
- Evidence of ongoing professional development and a keen interest in advancing family law practice.
