Your Role & Responsibilities;

As a Court of Protection Case Worker, you will:

�� Assist lawyers in managing client finances, including budgeting, invoice payments, and financial planning
�� Maintain daily client contact, supporting them with practical and financial matters
�� Conduct annual home visits, ensuring clients receive the best care and financial management
�� Handle purchases, bill payments, and financial transactions on behalf of clients
�� Use case management systems to manage electronic files and documentation

What We’re Looking For

✔️ Experience as a Court of Protection paralegal OR financial management experience in a fast-paced setting
✔️ Strong skills in budgeting, invoice payments, and financial administration
✔️ Excellent communication and telephone manner – ability to support clients and families with sensitivity
✔️ Well-organised and detail-oriented, with strong time management skills
✔️ IT proficient, with experience using case management systems
