Requirements:
- Minimum of 6 months' experience in residential conveyancing, ensuring you hit the ground running
- Exceptional attention to detail and a keen eye for accuracy, as you'll be responsible for preparing and reviewing legal documents
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively liaise with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders
- Excellent organizational abilities, allowing you to manage multiple tasks and deadlines with ease
- A genuine passion for the legal field and a desire to learn and grow within the industry
- A relevant legal qualification or degree, demonstrating your commitment to the profession
- Experience in a similar role within the residential property sector, giving you a head start in this position
- A proactive and problem-solving mindset, ready to tackle any challenges that may arise
