- Possess a minimum of 2+ years of post-qualification experience (PQE) in residential property law.
- Demonstrate a deep understanding of the legal aspects of residential property transactions, including conveyancing, leases, and title matters.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
- Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage a diverse caseload efficiently.
- A proactive and solutions-oriented mindset, with a commitment to providing exceptional client service.
- Qualified as a Solicitor in England and Wales, with a strong academic background.
- Continuous professional development and a passion for staying up-to-date with the latest industry trends and regulations.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills to ensure timely and accurate completion of tasks.
