This is a superb opportunity for an associate level qualified solicitor or legal executive to join a thriving team in their Bristol office.

You can expect to handle both claimant and respondent side work and with some post qualification experience already under your belt you will be motivated by your next career challenge.
The caseload comprises of predominantly legal expense insurer files as well as assisting with non-contentious work from time to time. There may be scope for supervision of junior case handlers.
Typical duties include advising clients on Tribunal claims, drafting pleadings, drafting witness statements, negotiating settlements and advising on settlement agreements, and instructing counsel or advocates as necessary, supporting the employment team with non-contentious work, including provision of contractual documentation, handbooks and other employment documentation, together with provision of reactive and proactive employment advice to commercial clients, including telephone advice.
You'll be a fully qualified solicitor or FCILEx who loves this area of law and takes pride in their work, is organised and pays attention to detail.
