Defendant EL/PL Solicitor

An EL/PL Solicitor/Legal Executive is wanted for an excellent opportunity with a Top 50 law firm based in Leeds. Salary is negotiable dependant on experience.
 
My client is an award winning, international law firm with an enviable reputation in the market. Joining our client's leading team, you will manage a quality caseload of Defendant EL/PL matters from start to completion. The department act on complex and high-profile cases, led by experienced Partners recognised as market leaders in this sector.
 
You will predominantly be defending EL/PL claims for Leisure and Retail industries and SME insureds and you will also work on defective premises/property and product liability files. You will be responsible for the day to day running of your cases including liaising with clients, opponents, court, witnesses and undertaking your own liability investigations.
 
The ideal candidate will have proven EL/PL Litigation experience and we are happy to consider both Solicitors & Legal Executives. We are also happy to consider both Defendant and Claimant
