A First Response Team Leader is wanted for an excellent opportunity with a Top 50 law firm in Manchester. Salary is negotiable dependant on experience.
 
My client is an award winning, international law firm with an enviable reputation in the market. Due to continued growth and expansion they are looking for a Team Leader to manage a team of Clinical Negligence new client advisors. The advisors will handle incoming medical negligence queries, identify potential claims, and secure work for the team, ensuring that prospective clients are thoroughly assessed before acceptance.
 
You will provide guidance, support, and supervision to the team members, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
 
The ideal candidate will demonstrate a strong combination of leadership and people management skills and operational experience in a high-volume area. The role requires the ability to develop strong partnerships and coordination with case handlers and Partners within the Medical Negligence Team. In addition, you will have a good understanding of the legal and regulatory frameworks related to clinical negligence.
