About the Role:
- Manage a varied caseload of childcare and domestic violence matters.
- Provide expert legal advice and representation to clients, often in sensitive and challenging situations.
- Draft legal documents and attend hearings and court proceedings.
- Work closely with clients to ensure they receive the best possible legal support during difficult times.
- Qualified solicitor with experience in family law, ideally with a focus on childcare and domestic violence.
- Experience with legal aid work is a plus.
