A new role has become available at a highly regarded firm, for an experienced Personal Injury Solicitor, Legal Executive, or Senior Case Handler in Bristol.You will be joining their Complex Injury team, focusing on vulnerable road user claims (cyclists, motorcyclists, pedestrians) with mild to moderate brain injuries.
The Role:
- Managing a caseload of Intermediate & Multi-Track cases
- Handling litigation from issue to trial
- Supporting trainee case handlers
- Attending team meetings & business development events
- Personal injury experience, ideally with vulnerable road users
- Strong litigation & case management skills
- A proactive, team-oriented mindset
- IT literate and able to handle your own typing
