Are you an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor looking to take the next step in your career? A well-established and highly regarded firm in Bedfordshire is seeking a talented solicitor to join their team.The Role Reporting to the Supervising Partner, you will manage a diverse caseload of commercial property matters, including:
- Acquisitions and disposals
- Business leases (acting for both landlords and tenants)
- Lease extensions
- Right to Buy / Right to Acquire
- Agricultural land and development transactions (desirable)
- Generous salary – up to £60,000 (DOE)
