A Head of Residential Property is wanted for a fantastic opportunity near Lichfield with an ambitious and dynamic regional law firm. Salary is upwards of £45K and negotiable, depending on experience and comes with excellent benefits.

An expanding, specialist property law department within an established regional law firm my client delivers a high quality legal service to a client base that includes small to medium sized business, the high street and high net worth individuals.

The successful Head of Residential Property will head up the department whilst managing a full and varied caseload of sales & purchase, re-mortgage, transfers of equity, right to buy, shared ownership schemes and lease extensions from start to finish.

Applications are invited from technically strong Residential Property Solicitors looking for the salary and responsibility that is the measure of their experience. The successful candidate will have at least 5 years experience managing a caseload from start to finish
