Preferred Requirements:
  • Demonstrated experience in handling conveyancing matters independently
  • Strong understanding of property law and conveyancing processes
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure
  • Proficiency in legal software and Ms Office suite
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Qualified Solicitor with conveyancing experience
  • Member of the Law Society and hold a valid practicing certificate
  • Additional accreditation in conveyancing or property law is desirable
