Residential Conveyancing Solicitor

Bedford – £50,000 - £60,000

Are you an experienced Residential Conveyancing Solicitor looking for a flexible and rewarding role? We are working with a well-established firm that is seeking a talented solicitor to join their team. This opportunity offers hybrid working, with the possibility of being fully remote for the right candidate, and a competitive salary of up to £60,000.

The Role: Reporting to the Head of Conveyancing, you will manage a varied caseload, including:

• Freehold & Leasehold transactions
• Sales & Purchases
• Re-mortgages & Transfer of Equity
• Shared Ownership Schemes & Right to Buy
• Lease Extensions

In addition to handling your own cases, you will support and mentor a small team, ensuring smooth case progression and providing guidance where needed.

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

• A minimum of 5 years PQE in Residential Conveyancing
• Strong client care and communication skills
• Proven experience managing a full caseload independently
• Business development and fee generation skills
• Up-to-date knowledge of CQS compliance and CPD requirements
• Case management system experience (desirable)
