Requirements: 
To be considered, you should have solid experience in corporate law 5+ PQE, particularly in handling M&A transactions and other corporate deals. The role will involve taking ownership of some transactions while also working alongside partners on more complex or high-value deals. Experience mentoring and developing junior associates is a key part of the role, along with contributing to business development activities and building client relationships. Strong communication skills, a commercial mindset, and a team-oriented approach are essential for success.
