A top 100 law firm is currently seeking a Residential Property Associate to join their team in South West London.The Role:
You will be responsible for managing a varied caseload of residential property matters, including:
- Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
- Re-mortgages
- Deeds of Variation of Leases
- Transfers of Equity
- A qualified Residential Property Solicitor or Conveyancer (3 years’ PQE plus)
- Strong technical expertise in residential conveyancing
- Initiative, enthusiasm, and commercial awareness
- A team-oriented approach with excellent communication skills
- A proven ability to meet fee and time targets
- A strong track record in business development and marketing
