The firm are a leading Law firm based in St Albans, renowned for their expertise in family law. My client are currently seeking an experienced Senior Family Solicitor to join our dynamic team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Case Management: Oversee a diverse caseload, including divorce proceedings, financial settlements, private law children cases, cohabitation disputes, and pre/post-nuptial agreements.
- Client Relations: Deliver high-quality legal advice, ensuring exceptional client care and maintaining strong, trusting relationships.
- Advocacy: Represent clients effectively in court and during negotiations, demonstrating strong advocacy skills.
- Team Leadership: Mentor and supervise junior team members, fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment.
- Business Development: Engage in networking and marketing activities to attract new clients and enhance the firm's reputation in family law.
