A Top 100 law firm is looking to make a growth driven hire into their busy Real Estate department. Applications are invited from hire an ambitious, technically strong Real Estate Associates or Senior Solicitors with broad know how acquired in a regional, national or City practice. Salary is negotiable and dependent on experience and interview performance.The successful Real Estate Solicitor will join a busy team who act for some of the biggest names in real estate investment, development and asset management. Working alongside an experienced Partner the day to day will vary and include acquisitions, disposals, and leases, and also commercial real estate development, investment properties, and corporate landlord and tenant matters. Attention to detail will be complemented by good negotiating skills and a strong client servicing style.
