My client is seeking a Commercial and Residential Conveyancer to handle urgent property matters.
This role offers flexibility to work remotely or in a hybrid capacity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage 10 urgent files, including historic reviews, remortgages, and reporting on title.
- Handle high-net-worth transactions, corporate and UK property matters.
- Act for lenders and manage cases efficiently using CMS systems (Cleo and Infotract).
- Assist international buyers with SPVs and other property structures.
- Work closely with banks and lenders for a streamlined, fast-paced transaction process.
- Expertise in business and professional partnerships, trading agreements, and commercial property acquisitions.
- Additional legal services in partnership agreements, commercial leases, and settlement agreements for employees.
