As a key member of this firm's Real Estate Team, you will have the chance to work on a diverse portfolio of Residential and Commercial property matters.  
Including landlord and tenant matters, acquisitions and disposals, secured lending, and providing general commercial property advice.
Additionally, you will handle a range of residential conveyancing matters, including both freehold and leasehold transactions.

Preferred Qualifications:

• 2-4 years of post-qualification experience (PQE) as a Solicitor
• Proven track record in commercial property and residential conveyancing transactions
• Demonstrated ability to manage a caseload and achieve defined targets
