A well-established law firm is seeking a Commercial Property Solicitor to join its Legal 500 ranked team. This role offers the opportunity to work on a broad and complex caseload, collaborating with a diverse client base while playing a key role in the team’s ongoing success.
The Role:

• Managing a high-volume caseload of commercial property transactions.
• Working closely with supervisors to ensure efficient workload distribution.
• Delivering exceptional client care, maintaining and strengthening client relationships.
• Providing support and guidance to colleagues, contributing to team success.
• Collaborating with other departments to provide comprehensive legal solutions.
• Drafting and negotiating transactional documents, delivering clear and practical advice.
• Upholding the firm’s values, ensuring the highest professional standards.

What We’re Looking For:

• At least 3 years’ PQE in commercial property law, handling a range of real estate transactions.
• Confidence in independently managing a caseload with appropriate oversight.
• Meticulous attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in all legal matters.
• Strong time management and organisational skills, with the ability to meet tight deadlines.
• Excellent interpersonal and client relationship skills, fostering long-term partnerships.
• Proficiency in legal technology and case management systems.
• A proactive approach to business development, with the ability to expand professional connections.
• A motivated, team-oriented mindset, with a commitment to collaboration.
