Your Role & Responsibilities As a Private Client Fee Earner, you will:

�� Draft and prepare Wills tailored to client needs
�� Handle Lasting Powers of Attorney (LPAs) and provide clear client guidance
�� Manage the administration of estates, including those of varying complexities
�� Advise clients on inheritance tax planning and estate structuring
�� (Desirable) Assist with Deputyship applications and register Trusts with the TRS

What We’re Looking For

✔️ Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with at least 3 years PQE (or equivalent experience pre-qualification)
✔️ Strong experience in Wills, LPAs, and Estate Administration
✔️ A client-focused approach, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
✔️ Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team
✔️ (Desirable) Knowledge of Deputyship applications and Trust Registration Service (TRS)
