Our client, a highly regarded firm based in London, is seeking a skilled Property Litigation Solicitor to join their thriving team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with high-profile clients and complex matters.
  
Key Responsibilities:

• Advising landlords, tenants, and property owners on a range of landlord and tenant disputes, including leasehold disputes, possession proceedings, rent arrears, and dilapidations claims.
• Representing clients in court and tribunals, ensuring high-quality representation and advocacy.
• Handling a caseload of complex property litigation matters, providing clear and practical advice.
• Collaborating with other departments to support clients on related property issues, including planning and development disputes.
• Building and maintaining strong client relationships, offering exceptional service and commercial insight.
• Keeping up to date with developments in property law, ensuring you provide top-tier legal counsel.

  
Requirements:

• Qualified Solicitor with a minimum of 4 years’ PQE.
• Experience in property litigation, with a strong focus on landlord and tenant issues.
• Excellent technical ability, with a thorough understanding of relevant legislation and case law.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage effectively with clients and colleagues.
• Proven ability to manage a caseload efficiently, working both independently and as part of a team.
• A proactive approach to business development and a desire to further develop your career within a leading firm.
