The Role: The successful candidate will handle a broad range of property litigation matters, including:

• Leasehold enfranchisement (desirable)
• Adverse possession and prescriptive rights
• Managing and supervising junior team members
• Driving business development and growing the department

Key Requirements:

• Minimum 7 years’ experience in property litigation
• Proven ability in business development and growing a department
• Strong experience in managing and supervising people
• Commercially astute, with a client-focused approach
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Confident in building and maintaining client relationships
• Creative problem solver with a proactive approach
• Strong IT skills and a professional presence
