My client, a well-established and growing law firm, is looking for a skilled Commercial Litigation Solicitor (2+ PQE) to join their busy dispute resolution team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a solicitor seeking exposure to a diverse caseload while working in a supportive and collaborative environment.

The Role: You will be managing a varied caseload, covering:

• Property Litigation – Landlord & Tenant disputes, evictions, Section 21 Notices, adverse possession claims, repossessions
• Commercial & Civil Litigation – Shareholder disputes, shareholder agreements, debt recovery
• Housing Disrepair (HDR) – Handling claims and providing expert advice in this growing area

The Ideal Candidate:

• A qualified Solicitor (2+ PQE) with experience in commercial and property litigation
• Strong advocacy, negotiation, and dispute resolution skills
• Confidence managing cases independently and meeting deadlines
• Excellent client communication and relationship-building skills
• A proactive, commercially minded approach to litigation
