Greater London – £180,000 - £280,000
Our client, a market-leading US corporate firm, has recently established a new London office as part of its international expansion. With a strong reputation in the technology sector, the firm advises high-growth companies, investors, and industry leaders on complex corporate transactions, including M&A, private equity, and venture capital deals.
This is a rare opportunity to join a growing London team at an elite US firm, working closely with highly regarded partners on high-value transactions. The team is seeking a Corporate M&A Associate (2–7 PQE) to play a key role in advising clients on domestic and cross-border M&A, corporate structuring, and private equity transaction for it's London office. While venture capital and emerging companies experience is a plus, it is not essential.
Key Responsibilities
- Advising on complex public and private M&A, corporate governance, and restructuring matters
- Leading on due diligence, drafting, and negotiations for high-profile deals
- Working directly with clients in the tech, financial, and high-growth sectors
- Collaborating with US colleagues on cross-border transactions
Key Requirements
- 2–7 years PQE from a top-tier corporate practice
- Strong experience in M&A, private equity, or corporate advisory work
- Exposure to technology or venture capital transactions is beneficial but not required
- UK or common law qualification
- High-calibre academics and excellent drafting skills
