My client is a forward-thinking law firm looking for a Residential Real Estate Solicitor with 0-2 years PQE to join their dynamic team. If you are passionate about real estate law and eager to work in a thriving, client-focused environment, this is a great opportunity for you!
What We’re Looking For:
- A qualified Solicitor (0-2 years PQE) or Licensed Conveyancer
- Experience in new build properties
- A strong enthusiasm for real estate law, with the ability to quickly grasp complex legal concepts
- A commitment to delivering exceptional client service, with initiative, commercial insight, and a collaborative mindset
- Representing individual clients in the sale and purchase of off-plan and new-build properties
- Advising developers on the disposal of residential developments
- Cultivating and maintaining strong relationships with clients and key business referrers
- Contributing to the team’s marketing and business development efforts
