Your Role & Responsibilities
As a Dispute Resolution Solicitor, you will Manage a varied caseload, including;

• Contractual disputes
• Debt recovery and insolvency matters
• Contentious probate, including will validity challenges and Inheritance Act claims
• Property litigation, including possession and dilapidation claims
• Employment disputes, including Employment Tribunal claims and Settlement Agreements
